## Keynote Indications
Source: Derived from the resinous seed of  Anacardium orientale , a tree in the Anacardiaceae. family, commonly known as Marking Nut, native to India. Traditional  Context:  Historically  used  in  homeopathy  for  psychological  and  neurological. disorders, particularly in individuals with internal conflict, low self-esteem, or duality of thought,. often expressed as irritability, indecision, or cruelty alternating with remorse. It is noted for physical. symptoms like dyspepsia, skin eruptions, and memory weakness, aggravated by mental exertion or. suppressed emotions. Modern Context : Indicated for  mood disorders  (e.g., bipolar tendencies, dysthymia),  anxiety. with internal conflict , functional gastrointestinal complaints , and neurocognitive dysfunction. (e.g.,  memory  lapses,  brain  fog).  It  suits  patients  with  emotional  volatility,  self-doubt,  or. psychosomatic symptoms, often triggered by stress, failure, or suppressed anger, and accompanied. by digestive or dermatological issues.

### Vertigo
- Vertigo worse walking, stooping and rising from stooping.
- Vertigo objects seem too distant.
