Improved sleep.  \nHe was also relieved of a distressing symptom, that has troubled him for many months, and for which the \nordinary Bapt. tincture in any preparation had failed to re lieve. He described it as \u201careally distressing left \nhypochondrium oppression, fullness and actual dyspnea, impelling me to assume an erect position.\" \nThis oppression would continue half the night. The distress was located either in the spleen or splenic curve \nof the colon. It was uninfluenced by eating.
