## Keynote Indications
Muscular debility. Languor and drowsiness. Dull feeling in morning on rising. Pains worse 
towards evening, better by rubbing. Loses flesh. Catches colds easily when riding, during menses. Nervous 
before and during menses.

### Vertigo
- Vertigo and throbbing frontal headache with nausea.

appropriation and assimilation, particularly when the digestion is seriously interfered with during the last three 
months of pregnancy.

### Head
- Headache towards evening.
- Head ache after eating popcorn and candy.
- Headache worse bright light, 
warm air and motion, better cold air, rubbing, sleep.
- Pain involving  eyeball, passing backward to occiput and 
nape, drawing head backward.
- Frontal pain.
- Piercing pain traveling like lightning from right side of head to right 
side of foot.
- Bruised feeling in left side.
- Soreness of parietal region with throbbing.
- Dullness.

- Itching greater, but dandruff less than usual.

### Face
- Neuralgia on left side of face.
- Female - Itching on mons veneris.
- Food - Appetite diminished in morning.
- Thirst, but inability to drink cold water on account of toothache.
- Drinks much water.

### Mouth
- Toothache in lower molars, with soreness, worse cold water.
- Tongue dry at night.
- Food tastes flat.
- Nose - Nose stopped, worse left side.
- Thick discharge from nose watery, colorless, bland coryza.

### Throat
- Pain in larynx.
- Hoarse in evening.

### Chest
- Shooting pain in heart.
- Pulse slow and weak.
- Pulse 100, temperature 102.
- Cough keeping him awake at night.
- Violent, sudden, spasmodic cough with easy expectoration and 
soreness of left lung.
- Shooting in lungs and around heart.
- Pain in left lung.
- Deep pain in upper lobe  
Papaya vulgaris of left lung.
- Pain from left chest to left thigh and knee.
- Heavy pain, in left lung, extending 
through to back and becoming stabbing.
- Lungs feel tired and hot.

### Stomach & Abdomen
- Faint for want of food, but f ood distresses stomach.
- Pain around waist.
- Tasteless eructations.
- Nausea after dinner.
- Temperature - Chilly at night, in open air.
- Cold hands and feet, forefingers, with deadness, stoppage of 
circulation.

### Urinary & Genital
- Pain running from perineum to middle of penis as if a rough, jagged body forced its way out.
- Pain in left 
testicle, waking him at night.
- Instinct abnormally aroused.
- Erections towards morning.
- Erec tions, but no 
emissions, not long-lasting and not due to sexual thoughts.
- Emissions without lascivious dreams.
- Flaccid and 
lifeless.
- Functions depressed.

### Extremities
- Numbness, pricking and sleepiness.
- Limbs go to sleep easily.
- Numbness, better walking.
- Trembling 
of lower limbs, with weakness of them.
- Prickling in lower limbs, but not in foot, with tingling.
- Right leg went to 
sleep when writing.
- Pain on ball of right foot under little toe, with swelling and with heat extending to toes.
- Itching on right ankle on going to bed.
- Itching forearms and anterior part of thighs, with diffused redness, worse 
warmth of bed.
- Rheumatic pain in left shoulder, left arm helpless.
- Numbness of right hand and fingers while 
asleep, especially little finger.
- Numbness of right ring finger, worse on outer side.

### Neck & Back
- Sore pain in point under left scapula.
- Bruised pain in left side.
- Pain in region of kidney region, of left kidney, running around ilium.
- Bladder - Tearing in bladder, with desire  to urinate.
- Frequent desire to urinate.
- Irresist ible desire at sound of 
running water, even in horse's throat when drinking.
- Straining with the first urinary effort in morning, with 
burning as if an obstruction were being overcome, which being removed, t he urine passes easily.
- Burning in 
urethra during and after urination, with continu ous desire.
- Urine increased, scanty.
- Less sediment than 
formerly.

### Skin
- Itching all over body.
- Red, itching elevations, worse evening and warmth to bed, better scratching.
- Itching eruption over right eye.
- Eruption in groins, bends of knees and right elbow, extending along flexor 
surface, and on right forearm and abdomen.
- Pimples on face and body.
- Red, sore, elevated points, like acne, 
on thighs.
- Pinkish erysipelatous swelling on dorsum of left great toe, with itching, better scratching or rubbing.
- Eruption like nettle-rash after scratching.

### Sleep
- Y awning and stretching.
- Drowsy, but cannot sleep.
- Disturbed, frequent waking.
- Heavy sleep.
- Horrible, 
vivid dreams, of shipwreck, drowning, being shot, fire.
