## Keynote Indications
The leading symptoms include a sensation of swelling deep down in throat. Accumulation 
of mucus in throat. Hunger after meals and a feeling of emptiness. Aversion to the smell of tobacco smoke. 
Abdominal symptoms are better by warm drinks. Feeling of movement in abdomen as if hot water undulating 
there. The concus sion of every step is felt painfully in the stoma ch. Marked inclination to vomit. Griping 
preceding morning stool. Boils in inguinal region. Constipation. Diarrhea with backache and lassitude.

### Ears
- Buzzing in the ears.
- Internal and external heat of the ears.

### Mouth
- Roughness of the tongue.
- Bitter taste in the mouth.
- Aversion to tobacco smoke.

### Throat
- Sore throat on swallowing, as if from an internal swelling.
- COMMENTS - Marked lassitude and mus cular weakness.
- Backache and weakness.
- Inclination to lie down.

- Short, dry cough from tickling
