whooping cough, early stage, violent. 
Castanea vesca spasmodic, very dry ringing cough. 
Slight acrid feeling in thr oat. Desire for warm drinks. Very thirsty. Very free sweat after drinking. Loss of 
appetite. Sensitive abdominal walls. Soft stools of short, small pieces like chopped tape, accompanied with 
severe pain and rumbling, pain better by stool. Diarrhea. Thickur ine. Lumbago, weak back, can hardly 
straighten up.
