Source: Derived from the fresh leaves and stems of  Clematis erecta , a perennial plant in the. Ranunculaceae family, native to Europe, prepared for homeopathic use through maceration, serial. dilution, and succussion to enhance therapeutic action and eliminate toxicity. Traditional Context: Historically employed in homeopathy for  dermatological, genitourinary,. and  neurological  disorders,  particularly  those  involving  burning,  vesicular  eruptions,  and. glandular affections. ### Chest
