## Keynote Indications
Paralysis of face tongue, pharynx, paraple gia with numbness and tin gling. Numbness. 
Sensation of hollowness or emptiness,  head, chest, abdomen. As if single parts had gone to sleep. Too 
weak to hold up head, stand or even speak. Feels too weak to talk loud. 
Symptoms are worse riding in a cars, ai rplanes, trains or on shipboard, hence its use in motion sickness, 
seasickness. Sleep loss and fatigue from travels. 
Vertigo and dizziness with nausea and vomiting.  Ailments from loss of sleep or nursing of loved ones.  
Speech difficult at beginning of attacks of vertigo, afterwards, difficulty in reading and thinking. 
Alternating symptoms. Unilateral disor ders. Sensitive to cold. Falls down to ground unconscious. Senses 
acute. Slowness in moving, answering, wants plenty of time to do everything. Adenitis with cold, hard glandular 
swellings. Valuable remedy in hernias, both umbilical and inguinal, is par ticularly indicated when abdominal 
muscles are weak and it seems as if a hernia would easily take place.  
Shuddering. Painful contracture of limbs and trunk,  tetanus. Tremors of head, lower jaw from excitement, 
exertion, pain. Intentional tremors. Twitching of isolated groups of muscles. Spasms, through the body like 
electric shocks. Cramps in muscles, in masseters, in abdomen, dysmenorrhea in the heart. Convu lsions from 
non-appearance or suddenly checked menses.

sleep. Worse from touch, pressure. Worse jar, pain. Worse emotions, anxiety. Worse from nursing others.

midnight and 1 a.m. Worse warmth of bed.

- COMMENTS - Chiefly affects the right hypochondrium (especially liver), inner hypogastrium, inner forehead, 
back, upper arm and the bones of the arm.

- Slowness and numbness over their body (Calc., 
Alum.).
- Vertigo and dizziness, with nausea and vomiting.
- Attacks of vertigo with confusion as if they are lost.
- Nauseated with whirling sensation.
- Sensation as if drunk because everything spins (Con., when turning in

- Seasickness and motion sickness (Tab.).
- Motion sickness brought on by trying to read while riding in a 
car or train, or from looking out the window at things going by, from seeing a moving object.

chronic insomnia with no recollection of sleeping, although they sleep for small amounts.

- Metallic, bitter taste in the mouth.
- Desires beer.
- Drunkenness and 
hangovers (Nux-v.).
- Meniere's disease, ringing in the ears, oozy and loss of balance.
- Poor vision with weak eye muscles.
- Dimness 
of eyesight.
- Severe occipital headache, sense that head opens and closes.
- Flu or mononucleosis with loss of 
sleep.
- Morning sickness, when they can’t stand the sight, thought and smell of food, especially when they are in the 
car (Colch.).
- Amenorrhea, may have vaginal discharge instead of period.
- Symptoms may be worse with 
menses.
- Cocc.
- cured a case of delirium at onset of menses during first and second days, the patient said, “I always see 
something alive, on wall, floor, chairs or anywhere, always rolling and will roll on me.”  
A case of “spasmodic, flatulent colic, about midnight, flatus passed without relief,” recurring several nights, 
was cured by Cocc.

- Lippe cured a case of enlargement of the liver after childbirth, the indication being “the 
liver was more painful after anger.”

### Head
- Congestion of blood to head, with mental derangement.

- Roaring or ringing in ears.

### Face
- Bloated, distorted and cold to touch.
- Blue margins around eyes.

- Countenance devoid of any signs of mental activity.
- Heat in face, and redness of 
cheeks, even in a cold room.
- Earthy countenance, with painful expres sion.
- Paralysis of facial nerve of one

### Mouth
- Dryness and burning of mouth and throat.
- Dryness of mouth at night, without thirst.
- Metallic taste 
with loss of appetite.
- Coppery, metallic, sour taste after coughing.
- Taste, sour, offensive.
- Taste like sulphur, 
putrid, nauseous.
- Food tastes as if salted too little, tobacco tastes bitter.
- Tremor of lower jaw and chattering of 
teeth, when attempting to speak.
- Foamy phlegm from mouth.
- Salivation during nausea and vertigo.

- Corner of mouth, wing of nose and tip of tongue distorted.

### Throat
- Constriction in t hroat, with difficult breathing and inclination to cough.

### Chest
- Sensation of emptiness or of cramps in chest.
- Audible rumbling in chest (left side), as from emptiness, 
worse walking.
- Hysterical cramps in chest with sighing and moaning.
- Cramping, in chest during menstrual

- Pressure under ribs, better belching.
- Fine stitches in various parts of chest.
