## Keynote Indications
Increases energy of heart's action, r enders it more regular. It is of use when the ventricles 
are over distended and dilatation begins, and when there is an absence of compensatory hypertrophy and 
venous stasis is marked. 
Dyspnea, dropsy, aneurysm tendency. Anasarca. Sensation as if heart cea sed beating, then starting very 
suddenly. Tobacco heart. Soreness of uterine region with 
palpitation of heart. Movement in abdomen as from a fist of a child.

## Modalities (Aggravations / Ameliorations)
Better in open air. Worse from lying on back. Worse in warm room (All-c.).

- Hydroa in nose and lips, raw and sore.

### Mouth
- Grating of teeth in the morning.

heavy, dirty coating.
- Temperature - Chilly in back and down spine, followed by fever, little sweat.
- Thirst and headache during chill.
- Dyspnea during fever.

### Throat
- Raw feeling in back of throat when inspiring.
- COMMENTS - Nash used it in the 30c with very satisfactory results in women complain ing of great soreness 
in uterine region with sympathetic palpitation of the heart.
- He also removed cardiac dropsy when this uterine 
soreness was present.
- Berridge credited it with this symptom: “Movement in the abdomen as from the fist of a child,” like Sulph., Thuj., 
and Croc.
- In the caseofConv., the symptom occurs when lying on the back.
- Sleep iness accompanies many 
symptoms.

### Chest
- Heart disorders.
- Extremely rapid and irregularpulse.
- Feeling as if heartbeat throughout the chest.
- Sensation as if heart ceased beating, then start ing very suddenly.
- Palpitation from the least exer tion.
- Endocarditis with orthopnea.
- Angina pectoris.
- Tobacco heart, especially when due to cigarettes.
- Kidneys - Aching in bladder, feels distend ed.
- Frequent, offensive urination, scanty urine.

### Stomach & Abdomen
- Sensitive.
- Colicky pains.
- Gurgling and pain on taking deep breath.
- Clothes feel too tight.

in abdomen like fist of a child.

### Urinary & Genital
- Great soreness in uterine region with sympathetic palpitations of heart.
- Pain in sacro -iliac 
joints, running down leg.
- Itching of urinary meatus and vaginal orifice.

### Extremities
- Aching of legs and big toe.
- Trembling of hands.
- Aching in wrists and ankles.

- Pain and aching in lumbar region.
