## Keynote Indications
Duboisia acts chiefly on the nervous system, eyes, upper respiratory tract. Recommended 
in pharyngitis with black, stringy mucus. Palliative for exophthalmic goiter. Dilated pupil. Red spot fl oats in 
the field of vision. On the eye it acts more promptly than Atropine, much stronger as a mydriatic.  
Dry mouth. Checked perspiration. Scarlet fever. Headache and drowsiness. Vertigo with pale face, not gastric 
in origin. Sensation as if stepping on empty space. Locomotor ataxia.

### Vertigo
- Vertigo with pale face, not gastric in origin.

### Head
- Impossible to stand with eyes shut, tendency to fall backwards.

### Eyes
- Acute and chronic conjunctivitis.
- Hyperemia of retina.
- Fundus red, blood vessels full and tortuous.
- Paralysis or weakness of accommodation.
- Mydriasis.
- Pupils dilated with dim vision.
- Pain over eye, between 
it and brow.

### Chest
- Larynx dry, hoarse voice, difficult phonation.
- Dry cough with oppressed breathing.

### Extremities
- Trembling, numbness and weak ness.
- Loss of power in limbs, staggers, feels as if he stepped on 
empty space.
