## Keynote Indications
Lembke and others have proved it. It is an aromatic stimulant and removes feelings of 
fatigue, imparting a joyous sense of vigor and elasticity to the 
limbs, especially the upper limbs, and clearness of mind. 
Malaise. Y awning. Drowsiness with head ache. Feeling of extreme heat and intense coldness, longing to 
expose the body to cool air. Stimulates the secretory glands, especially salivary. Dry mouth, tongue and lips. 
Mouth and throat are sensitive to the ordinary air of room. Hiccoughs. Affects the respiratory organs. 
Acts on the lower part of the spinal cord, lumbago, sciatica and rheumatism. Paralytic weakness. Skin 
symptoms, itching pimples on neck and chest. The right side of the body is most affected. Pain in right side of 
hypogastrium, extending into groin.

Better from the heat, rest. Worse from cold. Worse walking. Worse drinking. Worse looking up 
and to the right. Worse right side. Worse around 2 a.m. to 3 a.m.

### Head
- Head seems at times enlarged and to sway to one side.
- Pressure in longi tudinal sinuses.
- Drawing 
pains.
- Painful sensitiveness of the head.
- One-sided head pain.
- Lancinations from right side of the forehead as 
far as the orbit with heaviness of the eyelids.
- Sudden shock in occiput, followed by pains, as of a bruise.

### Eyes
- Pressure on the eyes.
- Pupils alternately large and small.
- Unpleasant sensation of coldness on surface 
of eyeball.
- Great difficulty in opening the eyelids, which are heavy and painful, itching of the eyelids.

itching in margins of 
lids.
- Vision indistinct.
- Sensation of fatigue when exposed to the light.
- Objects appear double when  looked at 
fixedly in reading, the characters become confused.

### Ears
- Buzzing noises.

### Face
- Alternation of redness and pale ness.
- Burning erythematous redness on right cheek, alae nasi, chin.
- Lips red, dry, rough, thick, cracked and bleeding, especially the lower lip.
- Drawing i n jaws and bones of face.

### Mouth
- Dry.
- Tongue yellow towards the root.
- Swallowing difficult with scraping sensation in th e pharynx.

### Throat
- Pharyngitis.
- Congestion of the parotid glands.
- Rising pain along the line of the lower maxilla.
- Prickling 
pains in the left tonsil with need to clear the throat regularly.
- COMMENTS - Useful during the early stages of influenza.
- Pale face with drawn features.
- General numbness 
and shivering.
- Pain above the left orbital nerve.
- Burning pain in the pharynx and stomach.
- Urinary complaints.
- Vesicular, itching eruption.
- Irrational fear and volubility.

### Chest
- Aching and oppression in the chest with great difficult y of respiration.
- Op pression of the chest with 
anxiety and lancinations in pit of stomach and lumbar region.
- Prostration of strength and lassitude in the limbs.
- Difficult expectoration of thick sputum.
- Dyspnea.
- Laryngitis.
- Laryngeal irritation with cough.

### Stomach & Abdomen
- Sensation of emptiness in the stomach.
- Heaviness and burning in the stomach.
- Dyspepsia.
- Tense, painful, rumbling.
- Pain in right side.
- Loud gurgling in ileo -cecal region.
- Dull borborygmi in 
the abdomen, tension and feeling of inflation, emission of wind, uneasiness and yawning.
- Peri-typhlitis.

### Urinary & Genital
- Urethral discharge of yellowish pus.
- Diminished sex drive.
- Premature menses.
- Premenstrual lumbar pains.
- Leucorrhea.

### Extremities
- General cramps and writer's cramp.
- Clenching of t he right hand with trem bling.
- Legs feel like jelly, 
feet feel icy.

### Neck & Back
- Stiffness in back.
- Coldness in back and spine.
- Pressure in dorsal vertebrae.
- Frequent cracking in upper 
cervical vertebrae on moving head.
- Heaviness and stiff ness in nape.
- Drawings in neck muscles.
- Weight in 
nape of neck with contusive pain along back of sacrum.
- Pulsation in v essels of right side of neck.
- Painful 
lassitude along back with bruised feeling down to and in sacrum.
- Deep lancinations around loins, between the 
shoulder blades, extending to right shoulder.

### Skin
- Transient smallpox-like eruption.
- Vesicular, burning, itching eruption.

### Sleep
- Heavy sleep with nightmares, dreams of corpses.
