Better in morning, dry air. Warmth helps itching of legs. Worse in afternoon. Worse by movement, 
walking. Worse exposure to cold or to air, damp air.

- Gloomy forebodings, depressed.

- Persistent dull headache in vertex.

- Periostitis of facial bones.

### Mouth
- Heat in mouth and fauces.

- Tongue coated 
heavily yellowish white.
- Tongue feels rough and sore.
- Scalded sensation on tongue with soreness in region of 
larynx.
- Paroxysms of neuralgic toothache.
- Nose - Catarrhal discharge, first watery then muco-purulent.
- Influenza.
- Necrosis of bones of nose.

### Throat
- Laryngitis.
- Hoarseness and chron ic laryngeal disorders of public speakers.
- Smarting, stinging, 
dryness and rawness of fauces.
- Intense burning in fauces and throat.
- Constriction of throat.
- Stillingia sylvatica who was taking Still.
- 1c.
- complained that the medicine made his legs and feet feel tired 
and his feet feel sore.
- Still, attacks the periosteum and produces pain in the bone.
- Nodes on the forehead, tibia and elsewhere.
- Decay 
of the nasal bones.
- Pain in the cranial bones and the headaches of syphilis, though it is not confined to syphilitic 
cases.
- Pains are sharp, shooting, darting.
- The cartilages of larynx and trachea are sore and feel bruised.

extreme torture from bone pains.

COMMENTS - Clarke cured with Still, syphilitic cough of the hoarse, barking type.

syphilis the patient,

### Chest
- Oppression of chest.

- Constitutions - Hydrogenoid constitution.
- Boring pains about region of heart with irregular pulse.
- Pulse weak and very irregular.
- Kidneys - Dull pain in region of kidneys.
- Incontinence of urine.
- Deposits white sedi ment.
- Urine colorless, 
milky and thick.
- Dry, spasmodic cough.
- Larynx constricted with stinging in fauces.
- Trachea feels sore when pressed.
- Croup.
- Cough deep and loose.

### Stomach & Abdomen
- Faint, empty sensation in stomach.
- Distress, griping, cramps in stomach.
- Sickness and salivation.
- Regurgitation and vomiting of ingesta.
- Nausea with constipation.
- Heavy pain in hypogastric re gion.
- Severe cramps in both hypochondri a.
- Sharp darting in left 
hypochondrium, followed by passage of flatus.
- Borborygmi.

### Urinary & Genital
- Slight drawing up in right testes.
- Dull tearing pain in left testes.

- Both ovaries pained very severely.
- Copious muco-purulent leucorrhea with rheumatic pains.

- Aching pains in bones of limbs and back.
- Liver - Torpidity of liver with jaundice, great depression, constipation.

### Neck & Back
- Aching in back and down thighs and legs.
- While sitting, pain in left lumbar region, darting forwards.
- Bones - Bones, diseases.
- Nodes.

### Skin
- Ulcers, chronic eruptions on hands and fingers.
- Ulcers with unhealthy skin.
- Leprosy.
- Itching and burning.
- Exostosis.
- Vesicular eruption on ears.
- Scrofulous, venereal and other skin diseases.
- Enlarged cervical 
glands.
- Elephantiasis.

### Sleep
- Unusual drowsiness all day with general malaise and headache.
- Very sleepy after eating.

### Generalities
- As of a heavy substance pressing on brain.
- Tongue as if scalded.
- As if room were too warm.
