Source: Derived from the fresh root of Veratrum viride, commonly known as American Hellebore,. Green  Hellebore,  or  Indian  Poke,  a  perennial  plant  in  the  Melanthiaceae  family,  prepared  for. homeopathic  use  through  trituration  and  serial  dilution  to  enhance  therapeutic  action  while. eliminating material toxicity, in accordance with homeopathic pharmacopeia standards. Traditional  Context:  Historically  employed  in  homeopathy  for  cardiovascular,  neurological,. respiratory, and inflammatory disorders , particularly those involving intense congestion, fever,. and spasmodic symptoms.
