## Keynote Indications
Source: Derived from antimony trisulfide (Sb₂S₃), a naturally occurring mineral, prepared for. homeopathic use. Traditional Context: Historically used in homeopathy for dermatological, gastrointestinal, and. psychological  conditions,  particularly  in  individuals  with  chronic  skin  eruptions,  digestive. complaints, and emotional sensitivity. It is noted for symptoms like thick, crusty skin lesions,. dyspepsia from dietary indiscretions, and irritability or sentimentality, often aggravated by heat,. cold bathing, or overeating. Modern  Context:  Indicated  for  chronic  dermatological  disorders (e.g.,  eczema,  psoriasis),. functional gastrointestinal complaints (e.g., dyspepsia, gastritis), and mild mood disorders (e.g.,. dysthymia, irritability). It suits patients with hypersensitive skin and digestion, often accompanied. by  emotional lability  or  low mood , triggered by dietary excesses, environmental stressors, or. suppressed emotions.
COMMENTS - Restlessness and jerking of muscles. Slight noises startle. Nosebleed with vertigo after 
headache after rush of blood to head. Gastric and remi ttent fevers and fevers of children with great thirst and 
the characteristic white tongue. The fever runs higher at night. Tendency to take cold about head. .,  
Scrofulous ophthalmia, canthi especially affected (Graph, the whole margin).  
Otorrhea. Moist eruption behind ears (Graph.). Itching of the scalp and hair falling out. 
Fungus infections or deformity of the nails, calluses from pressure, corns, pain ful bunions, painful warts and 
 
 
horny warts (excrescences). Good for warts that grow next to the nail and bleed and irritate. Thick ened skin, 
spots on the nails, nails that split, “crippled nails.” Arthritis and deformative arthritis of the fingers and toes.  
Constipation and other intestinal dis orders. Severe gastric flu with a white tongue. Chronic indi gestion. 
Diarrhea which alternates with constipation, often found in old people, “stomach weak, digestion easily 
disturbed in old people.” Anal fissures (Graph., Sil.). Continuously oozing hemorrhoids, staining linen. 
General symptoms are worse heat of su n, sun gives headache, worse bathing or change of weather. 
Intoxicated easily from wine (Zinc., Chin., Caps.), face flushes after a couple sips. May cough if they look at a 
fire or will be aggravated by radiant heat. Worse from heat, but great sensitivenes s to cold. Suitable to the 
hydrogenoid constitutions. Tendency toward obesity. 
A student, 17, had twenty-three warts on right hand and thirty-four warts on the left hand. Mainly on backs and 
fingers, but a few on interior surface of fingers. In addition, i nflammation of eyelids. Ant -c. 200x cured her of 
warts in 7 weeks. 
Dr. M. Jousset has recorded a severe case of chorea which resisted all the usual remedies and was cured 
with Ant -c. prescribed on the digestive symptoms, particularly the charac teristic wh ite tongue. Ant -c. 
corresponds in a sense to the swine, as Ars. does to horses and Puls, to sheep.
