## Keynote Indications
Arum-d. has the irritating properties of Arums generally. It has been well proved by Dr. C. 
P. Hart and tested clinically as well. 
Asthmatic attacks from cold. Croupy, hoarse cough with sore throat. Laryngismus between 12 a.m. and 2 a.m., 
attacks every week or ten days. Pharyngitis with sore, raw and tender throat. Swallowing develops and 
worsens the throat symptoms. 
Dryness and smarting. Throat raw and tender. Hawking. Continual disposition to clear throat by hawking and 
coughing. Hoarseness on aw aking in morning, ex pectorates thick mucus. Expectoration of thick, heavy, 
yellowish-white pus. Rattling of mucus on full expiration. 
Chronic itching. Eruption of pimples or species of lichen, on nose, a patch of urticaria on right arm near elbow. 
The symptoms move about and from side to side, especially right to left.

### Stomach & Abdomen
- Rumbling and much flatus.
- Pain in bowels from incarcerated flatus.
- Cough - Loose cough with dry soreness of th roat, worse at night lying down.
- Cough from laryngeal irritation, 
worse at night and when lying down.
- Croupy, hoarse cough with sore throat.
- Rattling cough in larynx and 
swelling of air passages, threatening suffocation.

### Urinary & Genital
- Kidneys - Irresistible desire to pass urine, burns and smarts.
- Asthmatic at night.
- Asthma from cold.
- Oppression of breathing.
- Rattling of mucus.
- Paroxysms of 
dyspnea with considerable secretion of mucus in larynx and trachea.
