Only on hands \nand knees with forehead pressed on the floor, could he pass a few drops of scalding urine.  \nPareir. lx gave rapid relief. Swelling disap peared from legs and he was able to resume his business and \ncontinue at it for ears. \nFox's second case recorded a man with an enlarged prostate with retention, severe attacks two or three times \na years, when he would have to have the urine drawn off for a week or two.  \nAfter using Pareir., the catheter was not required more than twice in two years. When he felt the  symptoms \ncoming on, a few drops of Pareir. would relieve him at once.
