The patient of Pulex is\nvery short-tempered and easily provoked.  The patient develops\nheadache in the frontal area with the feeling that his eyes are really\nbig.  The face is wrinkled, showing signs of premature ageing.\n\nThere is metallic taste in the mouth.  There is a feeling of hair sticking\nin the throat.  The patient feels unusually thirsty especially when\nsuffering from headache.  The patient\u2019s breath has an offensive smell.\n\nStomach upset is associated with severe nausea, vomiting and\ndiarrhoea.  The stools smell offensive.  The abdomen is distended with\ngas.\n\nUrinary symptoms  are very important.  The patient needs to pass\nurine frequently, though the urine is scanty.  The patient needs to rush\nto the lavatory, lest he wets his clothes.  There is pressure on the\nbladder and a burning se nsation along the urethra.  Sometimes, the\nurine may stop altogether, causing se vere discomfort in the urinary\nbladder.  The urine smells offensive.  In women, the discomfort and\nirritation in the bladder before the onset of the menstrual period ,\nthe late onset of the period, exces sive salivation in the mouth and\nsevere vaginal burning, are exemplary symptoms of Pulex to be\ntreated with Pulex.\n\nThere is an excessive amount of vaginal discharge  which is very\nodorous and stains the undergarments yellowish green.  These stains\nare difficult to remove even with  a lot of washing.  The backache\nresembles that of Oxalic Acid.  The skin smells.  The patient feels\nbetter on sitting and lying down.  The discomfort increases on\nwalking, and is felt more on the left side of the body.\n\nOne characteristic of Pulex is very important whether its other\nsymptoms are present or not, i.e. Pulex is extraordinarily effective in\ncontrolling the sudden urge to urinat e (urgency).  The patients wake\nup frequently in order to urinate.  The remedy decreases the frequency\nand significantly prolon gs their sleep.  It reduces the bad smell of\nurine and clears its colour.\n\nPulex is very useful in the treatment of women\u2019s cancer of the uterus\nand liver .  It restores the functioning of the internal lining of the\nuterus.
