## Keynote Indications
Calcarea Arsenicosa was prepared and proved by Hering in the 4c dilution in 1848. 
 
 
According to P. C. Majumdar, it is the most efficient remedy in the infantile enlarged liver and spleen of India. 
In albuminuria cases, there is great sensitiveness of the kidney region. Cholera with impeded respiration from 
heart embolism. 
Epilepsy with rush of blood to the head before attack, aura felt in region of heart, flying sensation. Epilepsy 
with heart disease. Flying sensation or swimming sensation, as if feet did not touch the ground.  
Affections of spleen and mesenteric glands. Nephritis with great sensitiveness in kidney region. Dyspnea with 
feeble heart. 
Hemoglobin and red corpuscles are low. Chronic malaria. 
Fleshy women at menopause with slightest emotion causing palpitations. Children with enlarged liver and 
spleen. Complaints of alcoholics after abstaining (Carbn-s.). Chilliness.

## Modalities (Aggravations / Ameliorations)
Better rest. Better open air. Better mental exertion but worse after. Worse from slight exertion. 
Worse errors in diet. Worse cold air. Worse menopause. It is a chilly medicine, the symptoms be ing worse in 
cold weather, worse when out of doors.

- Great mental depression.

- Vertigo before epilepsy.

### Mouth
