## Keynote Indications
Goss, has been mainly used in affection of the female generative organs. It has been taken 
in the form of the extract stimulate the uterus and ovaries. 
Nausea with flow of saliva and inclination to vomit in the morning, before breakfast with sensitive uterine region. 
Sensitive stomach with much gas. Vomits on motion or raising up. Morning sickness of pregnancy. 
Hyperemesis. 
Menses, late, scanty, watery. Tardy men ses, with sensation that the flow is about to start and yet does not. 
Bearing down pains in the uterus. ’Intermittent pains in the ovaries,”  extending towards uterus. Steril ity from 
uterine torpor. Sensitive womb. Subinvolution. Fibroids. Tumors in breast with swelling of axillary glands.  
Pain in neck. Sympathetic symptoms of stomach, heart, bowels and nervous system ari sing from disturbance 
of uterine functions. Stinging, drawing, tearing and sometimes burning pains.  
Pains extend from one place to another, jumping from one place to another. Move from above downward.
Temperature - General external chilliness, with internal heat. Sharp pain in right hypochon drium, lasting for a few minutes. Dra wing pain from both 
hypochondriac regions extending to stomach. Anorexia with uneasy, depressed feeling at scrobiculum cordis at time of mense s.

## Modalities (Aggravations / Ameliorations)
Pains are generally worse by motion, better by rest. 
Nose - Nostrils swollen and inflamed.

## Symptoms by System

### Head
- Pain in cervical region with tendency for head to draw backward with nervous ness.
- Pain, first burning, 
then stinging, extending from both temporal bones to middle of frontal bone.

### Eyes
- Drawing pain over eyes with stinging pain in pupils.

### Throat
- Tonsils swollen, worse right side.

### Chest
- Breasts - Tumor of the breast with swelling of axillary glands.
- Constitution - Tall, anemic patients with nervous chills.

### Stomach & Abdomen
- Nausea with accumulation of saliva in mouth inclination to vomit before breakfast.

- Kidneys - Frequent desire to urinate with burning pains.
