Source: Derived from the dried pulp of the fruit of Citrullus colocynthis, a creeping plant in the Cucurbitaceae family, native to the Mediterranean, Africa, and Asia, prepared for homeopathic use through maceration, serial dilution, and succussion to enhance therapeutic action and eliminate toxicity.
