  • Generally, Veratrum Album is used for the treatment of severe diarrhoea.

Generalities – Children

  • Indicated in children with severe gastroenteritis, fainting, or agitation, often linked to cold, drinking, or stress, worse with motion or night.

Potency and Dosage

Mother Tincture or usually 30, 200, 1000 or CM, depending upon the situation and the experience of the homoeopath.

Combinations

  • Silicea and Veratrum Album are also good remedies for constipation.
