Heart Diseases, Symptoms, and
Homeopathic Medicines Used for Their Treatment

In medical terminology, heart diseases are called “cardiac diseases.” But for simplicity, we prefer to call them heart diseases. Heart disease describes a range of conditions that affect our heart. This includes all diseases of the heart and circulation, including coronary artery diseases such as coronary artery disease, angina, heart attack, stroke, and congenital heart defects, which are heart abnormalities that a person is born with.

Common Heart Diseases

Common heart diseases include irregular or rapid heartbeat, rheumatic heart disease (a disease that permanently damages the heart), heart valve diseases such as their narrowing, leaking or closing, high blood pressure, enlargement of the heart, and thickening of the heart muscles.

Causes and Prevention of Heart Diseases

The causes of angina and heart attack are almost the same. There are some aspects of coronary artery disease (CAD) or angina that a doctor can’t help you prevent. These include, firstly, if the disease already exists in your family, and secondly, if you are male. The third factor is your age, which increases the risk of developing this disease. Some factors that strengthen this disease include diabetes, smoking, excess cholesterol, irregular exercise or lack thereof, lack of fruits and vegetables in diet, blood pressure, mental stress, lack of recreation, and obesity, etc. The symptoms of heart failure are different because it always occurs after a heart attack. This includes weakness of the heart, heart attack, long-term high blood pressure and its lack of treatment, enlargement of heart muscles, or leaking or narrowing of heart valves.

Cause of Heart Diseases in Young People

The major causes of increasing heart diseases in young people include their unhealthy lifestyle, eating habits, lack of regular exercise, smoking, diabetes, and obesity. Residents of South Asia are seeing more heart diseases and at an earlier age compared to other countries.
